Disciplinary Procedure

Anyone found breaking the club rules will have to answer a charge within 7 days of receipt of letter from the Management Committee.  If no reply is received it will be taken as the charge being proved. A decision will then be made by the Management Committee.  If a reply is given with evidence then a personal hearing may be called. There will be 21 days’ notice given for the hearing and witnesses can be called.  A decision will then be made by the Management Committee which will be binding.  If the member is subject to charges being brought by the FA or any courts the outcome of that will be awaited before the Management Committee makes any rulings.  The member may be suspended while these rulings are decided.
